Definitions

• The ‘Referrer’ is defined as the individual who refers a client to ‘Bluebird Accountancy’.
• The ‘Referee’ is the individual who has been recommended to Bluebird Accountancy by the Referrer.

The Reward

• Bluebird Accountancy will reward the referrer with a £150 Amazon voucher upon the successful referral of a friend/colleague to Bluebird Accountancy.
• Only the live employee who makes the referral will be eligible for a £150 Amazon voucher.
• There is no reward for the referred worker to Bluebird Accountancy.
• The Reward is not transferrable, and cannot be swapped for any alternative.

Eligibility

• This Black Friday 2024 promotion is only available to live Bluebird Accountancy clients.
• In order for the Referrer to qualify for the Reward, the Referee must complete the registration process and make an initial payment to Bluebird Accountancy for one month or more (accountancy service, standard service).
• Until the Referee has met the condition above, the Referrer will not be eligible for the Reward.
• The Referrer is encouraged to refer as many Referees as possible to Bluebird Accountancy and is not limited to participating in this Black Friday 2024 just once. The following must be taken into account:
  • In order to qualify for the Reward, the Referee must complete the registration process and make an initial payment to Bluebird Accountancy for one month or more (accountancy service, standard service).
• If a Referee has been referred by multiple Referrers, the Referrer who first provided us with contact details will be rewarded.
• If a Referee has been recommended by both a Referrer and a Recruitment Consultant, the Referee will have been classed as being referred by the Recruitment Consultant. Recruitment Consultants are not eligible for Rewards in this Referral Scheme.
• A Referee must be a first-time Referral to Bluebird Accountancy.
• Referees are not eligible to claim a discounted accountancy service. If they only sign up on the basis that they qualify for a special offer advertised elsewhere – the Referrer does not qualify for the Reward.
• Bluebird Accountancy has sole discretion at all times to determine if the Referrer qualifies for the Reward subject to these Terms and Conditions. The decision cannot be challenged.

Reward Process

• When qualified, the £150 Amazon voucher will be sent to the Referrer via email within 28 days of the Referee joining Bluebird Accountancy and making an initial payment. However, we will do our best to ensure eligible vouchers are delivered to the referrer before Christmas.
• If after 28 days the Reward has not arrived, please contact us at marketing@bluebirdaccountancy.co.uk.
• Bluebird Accountancy alone will be responsible for the administration of the Rewards as it deems fit in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Miscellaneous

• By recommending the Referee, the Referrer consents to his/her name being mentioned in communications with the Referee as the person who has made the referral.
• The personal data submitted will be treated in confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the purpose of this Referral Scheme.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or referral promotions from Bluebird Accountancy.
• This Black Friday 2024 promotion is effective from Monday 18^th November 2024 at 09:00.
• This Black Friday 2024 promotion is scheduled to end on Friday 6^th December 2024 at 17:30, but we reserve the right to cancel/end this promotion early – should we deem this necessary.
• The Black Friday 2024 Referral Promotion (outlined on this web page) supersedes the standard Bluebird Accountancy Referral Promotion.
